You are Not The Only One

Sometimes people feel like they’re different, like they don’t quite fit, or like they’re the only ones going through what they’re going through.
You’re not. We’re all human.
We all have things we struggle with, things we carry, and moments where we feel overwhelmed.
There is a person in your neighborhood, workplace, gym, or even the grocery store that is feeling the exact way you may be feeling right now.
You matter, and the way you feel matters. Don’t dismiss it.
You don’t have to push it down or pretend you’re okay when you’re not.
You can just slow down, take a breath, and be where you are.
You’re allowed to be part of this—just like everyone else.
You’re not alone.
