About Me

Growing up at the Jersey Shore as one of six siblings, I was always surrounded by the ocean and a tight-knit family. My passion for athletics defines me; I’m an enthusiastic marathon runner who finds joy in pushing my boundaries.

I’m deeply committed to mental health and firmly believe that everyone deserves quality care and respect. My mission is to champion mental wellness and ensure that everyone has the support they need. I am a dog lover, I find comfort and joy in the companionship of furry friends.

My Clinical Approach

My primary goal is to foster a safe and supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and valued. I believe that meaningful therapeutic progress is built on compassion and the right tools, and I strive to provide both in every session.

While I’m known for my nurturing and empathetic approach, I also know when to be direct. This directness is not confrontational but a motivational tool to inspire real change and help clients gain clarity and confidence.

My Style and Energy

Clients often describe me as understanding, supportive, and deeply committed to their growth. Some even call me a "mama bear" for my protective yet encouraging nature. I’m passionate about making mental health care accessible and work diligently to break down barriers for my clients.

I believe that every individual matters and that, despite our differences, we all deserve love, support, and encouragement.

Additional Availability

I’m consistently present and engaged, offering support not only during sessions but also via phone or text after hours. I remain a resource for former clients, ensuring they continue to feel supported even after our formal work together ends.

Whether you’re navigating emotional challenges, overcoming obstacles, or seeking recovery, I’m here to walk with you, offering guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
