Therapy for Tweens and Teens
The tween and teen years can feel overwhelming—for both kids and parents. As children grow, emotions become more complex, social pressures increase, and identity starts to take shape. During this time, it’s common to see changes in mood, behavior, communication, and relationships.
Therapy provides a safe, supportive space where tweens and teens can talk openly, process what they’re experiencing, and begin to better understand themselves. It’s not about forcing them to talk—it’s about creating an environment where they want to.
My approach is grounded in connection, trust, and respect. I meet each teen where they are, helping them feel heard without judgment while building the skills they need to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and grow with confidence.
