Therapy for Children
Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling—but they show us in other ways. Big emotions, changes in behavior, withdrawal, or acting out are often signs that something deeper is going on beneath the surface.
Child therapy provides a safe, supportive space where children can begin to express those feelings in ways that make sense to them. Through connection, play, and trust, they learn how to understand their emotions, communicate more effectively, and feel more confident in themselves.
My approach is warm, engaging, and centered on helping each child feel comfortable being exactly who they are. I work closely with both children and parents to create meaningful, lasting change—not just managing behaviors, but understanding them.
