My supervision philosophy is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. I provide a supportive learning environment where clinicians can develop stronger clinical judgment, deepen case conceptualization skills, strengthen ethical decision-making, and build confidence in their professional identity. My goal is to help supervisees meet licensure requirements while becoming competent, independent clinicians.
